Protection of the trademarks San-Esprit, amazinGRACE and Clearise
SAN ESPRIT, amazinGRACE and Clearise as well as the according logos are protected trademarks whose rights of usage are solely owned by the trademark owner. This also applies to words or logos that are likely to be confused to our trademarks like amazinggrace, Sanaesprit, Klearizing or similar.

The trademark owner retains the right to chose under what conditions the trademarks are used. There are special rules on the colors to be used, derivative use is prohibited.

Internet: It is not allowed to use domains containing amazingrace, amazing-grace, Clearise, clearising, klearise, sana-esprit, espritsan or similar for websites that discuss healing, spiritual or esoteric topics. Only amazinGRACE therapeuts trained by SAN ESPRIT may use such combinations if they use their rights fiduciarily. It is not acceptable to use the keywords amazinGRACE, amazing-grace, Clearise, Clearising, Klearise, Sana-esprit, Espritsan in metadate for internet websites, in advertisement on Google or other search engines, in internet portals or communities. Ignorance to this rules will result in legal action.

Media: If the media want to use our logos for illustrating their coverage of SAN ESPRIT, amazinGRACE und Clearise, they must ask for approval by writing to info (ät) san-esprit.de.

Products: Our protected trademarks may not be used on products. Trained amazinGRACE therapeuts may use our trademarks after getting our written approval.
